For Kosovare, as a team leader in software consulting, a lot revolves around communication: coordinating with her team and customers is on her agenda. She enjoys the varied work with different people and waveware® products. She particularly appreciates the opportunity to work part-time as a team leader in order to have more time for her young son.
As a team leader in software consulting, my work is divided into two main areas. The first area involves coordinating tasks and processes, ensuring good communication within my team, and providing organizational support to team members. The second area includes the planning, coordination, risk assessment and realization of customer projects. This includes the introduction of standard software as well as the implementation of customized software solutions.
Through my position, I am in close contact with my team and with clients on a regular basis. Since many work from home, hybrid or other locations, the MS Teams tool is in constant use. In addition to other common office tools, I work with our waveware® products for the realization of customer projects. With waveware® DESIGNER I customize the data structure and user interface and set up customer-specific configurations. With waveware® CONSTRUCTOR I customize the process logic in a graphical environment according to customer requirements.
We serve customers from a wide variety of industries, large corporations, medium-sized companies, public institutions, etc. The combination of this very heterogeneous customer landscape and at the same time flexible, versatile waveware® products, which are constantly being further developed, leads to ever new requirements and exciting projects. Implementing our software solutions precisely for our customers and then getting feedback on how this makes the customer’s work easier is definitely a motivator for me.
I see myself as an organized yet flexible person with a communicative and open nature.
Strengths that serve me both in the structured planning and execution of projects and promote a communication process in the company and with the customers that is both cooperative and efficient.
My job combines human interaction with working on our products. This creates a very varied working day with different challenges, where I can constantly develop both professionally and personally. Furthermore, I appreciate the open and progressive corporate culture and innovative company philosophy, which, as in my example, allows a part-time mother to drive the company forward in a team leadership position.
As a change from my work, where I mainly sit at my desk, I love to cook and bake fancy cakes in my free time and then eat the creations together with family and friends. However, this is topped by my endless enthusiasm for my 2-year-old son! I love sharing my free time with him and rediscovering the world together.
