Participant registration should be received by Loy & Hutz two weeks prior to the start of the course. Please use one of the provided registration forms for this purpose.
If the minimum number of registrations is received one week before the scheduled start of the training course, you will receive a written confirmation that the training course will be held. The arrival of registrations decides about the participation. If the maximum number of participants has already been reached when your registration arrives, you will receive a written cancellation in due time (in the week before the course starts).
The prior knowledge listed in the training descriptions is a precondition for successful course participation.
Course cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations up to 20 days before the start of the course are free of charge. Cancellations in a period of nine to 19 days will be charged 50% of the cost. Cancellations in a period of eight days or less or no-shows will be charged the full course fees. The participant who is unable to attend is entitled to provide a substitute participant from the same company. Postponement of attendance to a later date will be considered cancellation and re-registration. Loy & Hutz will invoice the client for hotel costs charged after hotel cancellations. Loy & Hutz reserves the right to cancel training courses if the minimum number of participants has not registered by one week before the start of the training course. This also applies in the event of illness of the course instructor or other serious reasons. If a cancellation is made by Loy & Hutz Solutions GmbH, you will be informed immediately in writing. Course fees that have already been transferred will be refunded. Further claims of the participants are excluded.
The invoice will be sent to the address indicated in the registration form after the training course. The course fees have to be paid immediately after receipt of the invoice. All course fees do not include value added tax. Errors and program changes are reserved.
Each course participant receives training documents specially designed for the course content. These may not be copied or reproduced in whole or in part without explicit written permission. Other documents provided for the duration of the training remain the property of Loy & Hutz. Loy & Hutz reserves the right to update course content and documentation.
