Stefan Eckert
As a one of the team leader in software consulting, Stefan coordinates and supports his team members in customer care. His tasks also include analyzing customer requirements, creating individual concepts and putting them into practice. Stefan particularly appreciates the harmonious cooperation in his team. It motivates him to be able to pass on the specialist knowledge he has acquired to his colleagues. In his free time, Stefan enjoys cooking and baking for his family or spending time in nature.
As a team leader in software consulting, I coordinate and support my team members in looking after our customers. My tasks also include recording our customers’ requirements, developing individual solutions and implementing them independently with the help of waveware® DESIGNER (Individual Design of the Software Interface) and waveware® CONSTRUCTORS (System Rule Editor). The focus here is on our quality standards and the customer’s time and budget planning.
As working from home has been an option for us for some years now, MS Teams has become important for both internal and external communication.
Our in-house software tools are used for daily use and for handling external projects: waveware® DESIGNER and waveware® CONSTRUCTOR are the platforms on which our customer solutions are implemented.
What motivates me most is working with a wide variety of people and the resulting tasks. Different projects guarantee a varied working day. This also applies to our Loy & Hutz team: We have a very harmonious working relationship. This is what drives me in particular to support my colleagues with my accumulated experience.
My studies underline my technical understanding and I put this to good use at work: I enjoy implementing solutions for our customers with the help of waveware® CONSTRUCTORS (modular system). As I have already developed many different solutions, I am happy to pass on my knowledge to my colleagues.
What I appreciate most is that every day is different from the last. There is never a dull moment and I am constantly confronted with new internal and external requirements and challenged to develop smart solutions.

First and foremost is my wonderful family, with whom I spend most of my time. I love cooking and baking and it makes me happy when I can put something delicious on the table for them.
If there’s any time left for me in between, you’ll find me in the mountains: On skis in winter and on foot or on my mountain bike in the rest of the year.
