We will give you feedback on the further selection process within approximately one week.
In a video call with the department and HR, we get to know each other better and get a first impression of each other.
A personal interview is very important to us. We will give you further insights into the activities and the company.
If you are applying for the software development department, you will be given a small programming task. We are less interested in the result than in your approach and level of knowledge.
If, after our conversations, we are of the opinion that we are a good match, we will make you a contract offer and discuss all further details together.
Welcome to the team! With a comprehensive onboarding process, we try to make your start as easy and pleasant as possible. Regardless of whether you work from home or from another location, a detailed job training in Freiburg and getting to know the team personally are inherent parts of our onboarding process.
Together with our colleagues from all locations, we spend a great company outing in Porto. With delicious food, great activities and plenty of time to create memories together, we have a really good time.
